Any Pics of Purple Camaros? I saw a purple camaro the other day, it looked cool. After some research it looks like only a few hundred were made in 98. Anybody have one? Got any pictures? I like the lower production color Fbods like Green, Maroon and purple.

I wish I had a pic. I saw one last year on my way home from Camaro Superfest. It wasn't at the show. Some woman was chauffering her mom around in it on the expressway. It was a Z. I wish I could find one. It's a sweet color and real rare.

My wife and i had a Bright Purple metallic 97 Z28. I thought it was a cool color. My wife ended up getting tired of the color and traded it off for a silver 98 Formula. This particullar Z28 ended up totaled shortly after we traded it off.

there were like 400-450 purple camaro's produced in 98. as i said, mine is one of 95 z-28's and there were not SS's produced in that color, so yep, mostly 6 cylinders.
i would love to see a purple SS with chrome 10 spokes, or even better,
the graphite spoked TT2's with a polished lip, ( or even the wheels on the intimidator edition !! )

Thanx for sharing the pics---I've yet to see a purple 4th in person. Pretty unique for sure! There is a gold Camaro running around my town...I don't know how many they made of that color neither, but it's the only one I've seen.

mAN i HAD A PURPLE 1998 V6...everyone called it the barny mobile so I had it painted a bright green...
