Default '95 Camaro

My friend bought a 95 camaro v6 auto. for $800 Still runs good. just got a few dings and small dents and messed up front bumper..

How much do you guys think it would take to get a LM7 and parts to swap the V-6 to the LM7, Since a bunch of the truck guys are goin from the LM7 to LQ4 and LQ9s im sure we can find one for a reasonalbe price.

Estimated price of a decent LM7 and all parts needed to swap??

assuming he can get a complete pull out. he will still need a f-body/c5 intake, fuel system , ls1 brakes, k member any any other misc bolts/nuts he will spend quite a bit. do not be suprised if the price gets as high as $8k for everything.

Does the V-6 Camaro have smaller brakes than the LS1 cars??

yep. much taller than a ls1 f-body intake. will not fit under the hood. you will ned a ls1 k member. the v6 k member is useless. pm me if you got any other questions. just dont let anyone tell you its impossible . i know what happens when your doubted . mine was pretty much a bet that a ls1 would never work in a 93 camaro .. lol

hi, just found out about this site. so since i cant start my own new topic i got to start somewhere. but i got a 1994 camaro with a v6 . like to know what may be wrong with it. it has a tough time starting when it sits for a while like a few hrs. iv changed the spark plugs and wires. some one said it may be the fuel pressure regulator. it dose smell like fuel when it dose first start. any one know what it might be?
also and one have a driverside front fender (& splash guard), door jamb switch, rear speaker cover from the back of the back seat to the trunk, a drive axel shaft, wireless remote, passanger window switch.

looking for any help

thanks
