I haven't had Strano springs but the Hotchkis/Koni set up rides awesome! My car is heavier than most with all the mods and this set up plus 35/25mm sway bars makes my car handle awesome and ride quality is very comfortable......and I'm picky about my car

Front shocks - 3 sweeps from full soft
Rear ones - full soft

Haven't taken any pics yet but will when I get a chance.

I don't usually have time or interest in reading an entire post but yours is one of the few that I actually did. Beautiful Camaro. Everything you have done is done to standard. I'm playing with my SOM WS6 but I will never reach your Camaro's level. I'm keeping mine to a little more simple level of performance. Well done!

Thanks for the info. I need to soften up my shocks some. I have the Konis set 5 sweeps from full soft in the front and one from full soft in the rear. The handling is great but the ride quality is pretty rough. At first I thought it was just the G8 that had me spoiled on ride quality but I know the T/A should be smoother than it is.

Love your car! It looks almost identical to mine (but yours will run circles around my mostly stock car) & I love the way yours sits with the ZR1's & your new springs. I was wondering if mine would look good lowered with the ZR1's, since they are only 17"....your car proves that it looks fantastic!! Thanks for sharing!!

Hi, my motor build is pretty similar to yours (as far as I can tell...) and I was wondering what CC are your pistons (mine are -8.6cc), what CC are the heads, and what is the static compression ratio now that it's assembled?

I just read this entire thread, and this car is amazing! I just bought an 01' BRR SS with a few mods, and your car is an inspiration to keep improving mine.

Also, what size wheels and tires are you running in the rear? If you are running 315s on 11" wheels, do you have any problems with it rubbing since the car is lowered? Any mods to make it work? I love the way your car sits, and it pretty much made my mind up to go with zr1 wheels.

Keep up the good work!

Like most of the others, one of the few threads that I actually read start to finish! Nice ride, was looking at pulling engine from top, saw that you kept engine and tranny together. Something about that orange!
