If you have an auto then go with the 3.73's.
If you have a manual and will primarily drive it on the street and maybe drag race a little then get the 4.10's. However if you are planning tons of mods (enough to trap at over 120 mph in the 1/4) and/or you are more of a auto-X and road course person then you should probably stick with 3.73's or you could even get away with the stock 3.42's with a manual.
How you use the car will make the biggest difference.

3.73 for A4 (especially if you are planning on stalling the car in the furure).

i would think you would run faster with the 410's not slower due to running out 4th gear and not just switching into 4th when coming through the lights.
