no sir ,no heat or air... i wish i had the luxury..i rather spend my money on other parts for the car....motor parts.. haha..

its been dang cold..think im going to put heat in it.. haha

update.. fuel system set up is complete... just bolt down rail.. .. goin to buy e38 ecm fro ebay..send it a guy and get a mail order tune.wen i get extra cash.. .pick up 30 hp.. or so.. ive seen stock ly6s with tune make 420 h.p..100% stock.. i have ls3 intake installed.. and looking for headers.. just a few more wiring things to do...and exhaust..

nice work so far!!! I'm getting ready to install my LY6 into my 78 Malibu!!! I'm trying to work out a deal with a guy on a 87 grand national that's in killer shape. If i can get the National I'm going to sell my Malibu and us the money to build the motor and tranny. I called Jess at wait4meperformance and i think I'm just going to have him do my harness(ECM plugs are broken) and tune the ECM. I called Mast and there is no way in HELL i would pay the 2700 they want for a harness, computer, cam and springs. I'm sure it's nice but i can't do that i didn't even pay that much for the LY6/4L80E with 27K on them.
Now i just need to figure out if i'm gonna run the 4L80E or the T56 i picked up????
Anyways keep up the good work man and I'm going to keep an eye on this build

no..i havent even heard it fire up yet.. .. if u run 4l80e..make sure its newer one.. with ecm in the trans..or wont work with ur e38 ecm.. u will hav to run manual valve body or seprate controller for older 4l80e.any pre 07" i think.. ..

That's the killer part of the deal i got though is because i have the stock harness and both the ECM and TCM for the LY6 and 4L80E. I called Jess at wait4meperformance and he's going to do my harness and replace the ECM connectors.

i would love to find the correct 4l80e for it..so i just run the ecm and tcm,, im just gonna run manual valve body....i ran that long time ago with the bbc.th400 .. .11"s. .. these lsx motors boosted will eat that bbc up..

got bout 95 % wiring..done.. thanks for this thread.. thanks bandit.. made it real easy..https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...gram-here.html..... ordered the ecm with ly6 flash and vats delte,,cant wait to hear this baby fire up.. should be here in few days..all that is left is exhaust system ,,doing gauges, and buying manual valve body.. ..and hope no grimmlins show up..
