well i have a good fuel pump..took corvette filter/reg out got 95 psi..i kno way to much.. i need to buy another one i guess,,that one was brand new!!wtf!!.. better it that than pump.. i"ll keep it updated..

installing the 4l80e3shift kit my self.. . full manual control.. not as bad i thought it was going to be..def time consuming..should be all button up in the morning.. .i didnt have 250-350 to shell out for a shop to do it,,but i deff did call for an estimate..haha.. still waiting for fuel filter/reg..to come in..

got the 4l80e-3 shift kit installed,works like a champ.. took me a couple hours to do this.. driving my car around and bam lost oil pressure immedaitly shut car off..pulled it home.. pulled pan off found little metal shavings,,,so i pulled motor..checked bearings,,crank/rods.. every was fine,,looked brand new. metal was coming from front of pan.. so i pulled off the cover and pulled off oil pump,,and bamo!!think i found the problem to my low oil pressure ,,wouldnt you say?..haha

yes sir u are corrct..i think it got grinded away,,but im blow out passage way just to be safe.. never had pump off..i did buy this motor with the crank broken off,,which i assume it was drop one time in its life i wasnt told that it was,,but how the hell did it break??,,.so i assume when it was drop it broke or cracked the pump,, which why my oil psi was low. i check both the crank and rod bearings,,both in great shape.so im just buying new pump,,reinstalling motor back in..

straight six 466 c.i. turboed..got some ***** for how big it is.. we might end up pulling motor and putting it into a 53 chevy pickup truck. if we get the truck..

post 66# some guy on ebay..sells ecm and tunes them. not tuned at all..just flashed to ly6 tune/setup with vats deleted thats all ,,bare minum..i might get it tuned lator on.. pick up some poines..with out even opening the hood.. might make some long tube headers for it..using my old bbc headers.. cut them and bend them uo to fit ls1 flange..

update.. been driving the car around..still breaks up here and there full throttle.. part throttle normal driving is awsome.. got exhaust on it..was driving from ocala to sarasota..164 mile trip.. i was nervous wreck on the highway..its a boat..need new suspencion.. but didnt make it there.. got 1/4 of way tire got a bubble in it..tread came off.. dad came to rescue with tire.. it was sunday night 10 clock.. no where open.. i'll get some video's up of exhaust on it. . duel delta 40's 3 inch..does get loud driving..

no power steering..but i def want it.. i have 3 pumps..lol.. just need to install one..it does sound like a lil miss to me when i had just the stock headers on..nuttin else..i bought the injectors used..that my only suspcion of what it could be.. not tuned either.. anything more than 1/3 throttle it starts breaking up..missing..etc.. needs a tune..but im just wait it out till i get turbo setup on it..
