I put a turbo ls in to my 94 z with a built th400 and I bought a bmr torque arm relocation crossmember for a th400 ls1 car and didn’t know that the crossmember mount holes were different. I know I should have known but I didn’t. So if anyone can please tell me what crossmember will work or if the lt1 th400 crossmember will work that would be great. Thanks guys

what size tail does your th400 have? I have the short one with the 4" if I recall tail. I used the t56 crossmember (stock) i had and bought a 1" spacer from Spohn to connect them. I have a wopping $40 into the conversion for the crossmember.

I found out I needed the lt1 version of the th400 crossmember with torque arm relocation. And yes mine is a short tail

Mine is also a 94 and I used a T56 lt1 crossmember. Fits perfect. You need that 1" spacer regardless.

even with the BMR TH400 crossmember with torque arm relocation I need a 1” spacer?

If BMR is selling it for the fbody for a th400, then I would assume it has it built in. If it is a BMR relocation torque arm for a t56, than I'm pretty sure it will as I have one of those laying around too.

that’s the hooker LS black hearts turbo manifold with the t56/4l80 crossover. Worked perfect
