Default Street Legal 1976 AMC Pacer

I recently finished my conversion 1976 AMC Pacer so I figured I would post some pictures on the forum. As you can see in the pictures below I swapped in a LS with a 4L60-E as well as a rear end out of a 1986 Lincoln LSC. The car has working AC, and attracts a lot of attention on the street. Please feel free to post your comments and questions about the car. Thanks for all the helpful information on these boards.

Vegas, Pintos, Gremlins, Pacers ........... It's nice to see all of the red headed step children finally get some respect.
Nice build. So what are you doing to it next? (other than drive the wheels off of it)

That is a pretty sweet ride.
We are currently also working on a 76 PACER. The 6.0L block with 4L80E is in, currently
looking for radiator (87 Corvette seems to be a good fit).
How did you manage to get the A/C to work? What parts did you keep from the Pacer?
Also, do you still have a heater core somewhere?
What did you do to get the exhaust to fit? We spent 100 hrs. easily in headers and exhaust alone !
