Default ls1 240sx full drift car

hi i have a s13 coupe i have had for a long time now, it had ka-t motors in it, then sr20det, then upgraded turbo, injectors, maf and tune, had around 340 hp with race fuel, then i decided i want more power and came to the dark side, the ls1 , many people don't appreciate this swap because its american in Japanese chassis, but i am aiming for over 400 hp for now, here are some pics and i will update as it progresses, enjoy.

me and my car doing work at stuntwars, its a bike stunting competition and i have done drift demos for them

sold my sweet sr20det

picked up a 98 z28 ls1

opened it up and found out it had the crane kit, 1.8 rockers and pushrods

degreaser!

clean

put it back together to see how it would look, already ordered new headgaskets and arp head bolts and rod bolts, also got me ls7 lifters and a cam on the way

painted the valve covers cause i got bored

my car waiting for a new power plant in the backyard, she looks so sad, lol

more to come soon, parts on the way:

spec stage 3 clutch
headgaskets
arp head bolts and rod bolts
ls7 lifters
melling oil pump
harness and pcm
t56 tranny
gto oilpan to make it fit in s13
full mount kit
new radiator
custom power steering line and clutch adapter plate
coilpacks
driveshaft

parts still needed and wanting to buy:

nice size cam, 232 to 234 range
accessories ( powersteering pump and braket, alternator and braket, belt tensioner, etc)
tps and other little miscellaneous things

let me know if you have any of this forsale

buddy off mine has a ls1 s13 already and he gave me someones number he does full mount kits, he is doing my mounts, my headers, my power steering line, and wiring, and yea i'm supper excited about drifting this! i tandem with guys with v8s all the time and they have so much torque to put down when ever they want and i always had to wait for the turbo to spool lol

i still havent decided what size cam i want to run for drifting u know, its kinda hard choosing

It looks like you're off to a good start. We really don't need a billion HP for our cars so maybe you should just go with a mild cam and see how that goes. Hope everything turns out well for you and keep us posted.
