Default 93 Sonoma lq4 l92s

We'll I'm at a crossroads now. I have been acquiring parts for my build for a while now. Problem is cam choice. I have a lq4 and ended up with a set of l92s super cheap. I ended up buying a ls3 intake and tb I needed off a member on here. I just don't really know what to do now. Mill the heads? Look for different pistons? Or just put it together and run it. I pm not looking to be the fastest thing out there by any means. Just a good fun reliable beater that will kill a mustang or wrx from time to time. Here's how it sits now.

Default Cam ?

New to site but installed many cams in these engines.

For good street driving, a 226 > 238 would be a nice smooth driver.

Anything larger ur gonna need a stall verter and more difficult tune !

Also depends on the LSA and advance of the cam...........

Good luck.

Steve

We'll finally got my cam picked out. Spoke to Brian Tooley. That guy is incredible! Going to be ordering a good amount of stuff to button my motor up this week. Sending a good amount of stuff off to powdercoating tomorrow. Making some progress finally

He didn't give me exact cam specs. But he said with milling the heads down a decent amount it should make up for the low compression. The wheels are gm c6 vettes
