Default LS2/GTO E40 PCM/harness help please

I have a few straggler wires that I am not sure are needed or what exactly they do. Input on any or all appreciated. Thanks in advance...

C1-PIN#52-circuit #5-Crank Voltage. Where should it go and is it needed for stand alone operation?

C1-PIN#13-circuit#447-starter relay output/Coil. What is its purpose? I have a Current Performance relay center and am getting power to the coils without this hooked up. Is it needed for standalone and if so where should it be hooked into?

C1-PIN#18-circuit#1843-Accessory Voltage. Needed for standalone, if so, where should it be connected?

C1-PIN#32-circuit#20-stop lamp switch. How could this be connected to a toggle or momentary switch properly, without damaging the pcm, so that I can use the Case Learn function in HP Tuners?

C1-PIN#26-circuit#380-A/C refrigerant pressure signal.
C1-PIN#30-circuit#2700-A/C 5 volt reference Pressure Sensor Signal.
I am using a Vintage Air A/C setup that is a standalone. I would like to use these to tell the PCM when the A/C is on so that the A/C parameters in the tune can be recognized. Not sure how to integrate these wires for the proper signal.

I am building a similar wiring harness as well. You can ignore the A/C circuits.
#20 I believe is for the cruise control.
#13 and #52 I am not using, using OEM vehicle starter wiring.
#18 not present on my PCM.

I am modifying a truck LQ4 DBW, harness green/blue connector style to connect to an E40 PCM and T42 TCM. After I get it all sorted out I will create a conversion table for the pinouts.

Stop lamp switch wire is used to release the tcc when you decel. It needs 12 volts when brakes are not applied. When brakes are applied 12 volts should be removed. This can be done with a relay that's turned on by the brake pedal switch.

Aknovaman -
I sent you and email requesting your spreadsheet if you are still being helpful to wiring idiots like myself.

Thanks!

Don't mean to bring this back from the dead but, what pins are used for the cam sensor input to the e40 ecu? I've got a few different pin outs and they are all conflicting.

I'm looking at both my GTO and SSR pinouts and they both indicate the CMP is pin 26 on C2.
