Title. Any issues with leaving them in place but unplugged?

The big question is why would you want to disable them?

My thoughts exactly. Why on earth would want to tune them out?

That'll work just fine - provided you also leave the injectors in place, but unplugged.

But if you actually tune out 4 of the injectors you'll double your gas mileage.

My approach "tunes" out all 8 -- thereby creating infinite fuel mileage if you push it in and out of the garage every now and again. Take that Elon.

No issue with what you want to do. I didn't use mine last year with the MS3Pro ECU and bought a knock sensor delete plate for this year.

No fun -- the cats weren't through playing with the chipmunk....

Seriously - for a racer, tune around just about anything you like. For street car, as with O2's, not a lot of good reasons to do without them.

Appreciate the serious response. I know many delete them with turbo setups. Just wanted to see if it made a difference whether they were left in place or if I needed a valley cover.

That's definitely news to me.
People usually delete them because they are running microsquirt, which can't connect to the knock sensors.

You can easily change the sensitivity on the knock sensors and still have fully functioning knock sensors with a turbo setup.
