Power steering lines with Corvette ACC drive and Jeep box
Just checking if someone has some part numbers that worked for them. I am running the Vette accessory drive, and the Jeep Cherokee box. The stock one is so long it goes from drivers to passengers side...... Thanks in advance!!!

I used one for a 78 camaro when I did the ls and Jeep box swap on my 1967 Chevelle. It has the truck accessory drive, but the line is plenty long enough. It is ugly though, and I will do as suggested above, and go to AN eventualy...

If you have a hydraulic shop near by you can also have custom hoses made. I have one shop locally that does great work. I like to fab my own brake hard lines for custom routing and I can bend and flare tubing, but I always farm out the custom high pressure hoses.
The only down down sides are 1 it usually costs more than an off the shelf hose and 2 if a custom hose ever fails you usually have to wait around for a new one.

The Jeep boxes use metric o-ring fittings, such I believe are the same as the C5 fittings. I am almost positive that I have heard of people using the stock C5 pressure hose. The return is low pressure so you can fanricobble something together, maybe even a stock C5 return hose.
C5 pressure hose. The fittings look right.

The stock return hose from the vette will work. Holley sells an adapter for the vette pump to change to -6 an . They also sell an adapter for the box. Then u just need a short line. This is how I did mine in my 83 cutlass

Very true on zero hose failures, but wanted to mention it as a potential negative. You can spend hours (days) going back and forth to the local auto parts store or do a one-and-done to get a custom hose made. I prefer the latter. Unless it’s for custom brake hoses, in which case I’m calling Kore3.

I've used the high pressure -6 Teflon line on the pressure side Then standard -6 on the low pressure return side. O-ring -6 adapters screwed into the Jeep box. Has worked well for over 10 years.
