Hey gang, I picked up A new project today. 1964 Falcon. I will be building this car for my dad. It's already back halfed with a mustang II front. Will be a lightweight fun little LS car.
Really like those cars and it looks like you have a great start. How about a shot of the engine bay so we can all see what kind of room you don't have to work with, I run a '64 Nova and misery loves company.

I'm sure with the Mustang II swap there will be ample room since the shock towers are out of the way. Looks like a cool build! Is it going to be more of a drag car or just a cool pro-street cruiser?

Just a pro street cruiser that might see the track once a year. The mustang II really does open it up.

Plenty of room! Haha! Deleting the shock towers really opens things up.
I'm a little concerned about the steering linkage... at least add a support bearing so it doesn't flop about on you.
haha! yeah I think they just did that to make a steerable roller out of it. It definitely needs work on the steering. Did you notice the unmatched upper control arms too? LOL
Oh man that is an *** load of room! Already setup for plates and the firewall/tunnel is MIA.... this is the kind of find that I need to run into one day, congrats!
Awesome lines on that. What size tire is on the back right now? I'm shooting for the same stance on my 67 Valiant. Funny enough, it looks pretty darn similar, and is getting a 403" LS2 and MII front end also.. Worn out black and grey primer must be popular

right now the rears are a 31 x 18.50 quick time pro. We will probably be running a 31 x 16 or 31 x 18 Mickey Thompson radial.

I'm guessing they purchased the tubular uppers and tried one before they realized it was a 1" narrow arm. They gave me both tubular uppers and stock uppers. I'm replacing all of the arms with a new matched set and eliminating the strut rod style lowers as well.
This project looks great. I will be following to see what headers you use... I'm running cast iron manifolds on a 6.0 and they barely tuck in the frame rails on my 68 mustang with a Mustang II front end conversion and sub frame.
