1968 Camaro
Engine,drivetrain,etc.
LS3 (from 2010 Camaro) Lingenfelter Heads,Comp Custom Grind Cam,560 Motor HP
Built T56 Transmission(700hp,tq),BRP Hotrods poly mounts,crossmember.McLeod twin disc clutch (800hp) (mechanical linkage),custom 1000hp aluminum driveshaft and u joints.Driveshaft safety loop. Husler 1 7\8 ceramic coated stainless steel headers,Custom 3" exhaust with custom x-pipe and Magnaflow mirror polished mufflers (straight thru design),GM Performance LS3 kit with computer, harness,etc, Entropy LS3 Radiator with dual fans \ aluminum shroud, Kwik Performance accessory brackets. Accesories include 98-02 160 amp alternator, sanden a\c compressor, new power steering pump. Car has power steering with quick ratio gear box. DSE narrowed fuel tank with Walbro 255LPH in tank pump. Global West Upper and lower control arms (front),Superior Spindles 2 inch drop spindles front and rear, Oversized sway bars front and rear. Front and rear power disc brakes with Hydroboost, built 10 bolt rear end with Eaton posi,3:55 gears. Optima battery relocated to trunk,all wiring in car is Painless Wiring.
Interior to include: Dakota digital guages, new deluxe door panels,new headliner,carpet,dash pad, all window glass,steering wheel, Flaming river tilt steering column, ProCar front seats and rear seat cover,JVC Kameleon in dash\cd\dvd. Two MTX amps,Focal component speakers flushed into black fiberglassed kick panels,jl subwoofer in custom enclosure, 3 point factory looking seatbelts, custom Fesler Built center console.
Exterior: Brand new custom paint in Sebring Silver.
Painted Rally stripes, Car completely undercoated with
3M Body Shutz, POR15 Chassis coat
LS3 emblems: Billet GM
All new original or OER trim.
Chrome rally wheels, BFG rubber
I have 100 percent of the parts
Car is in paint now and will be finished mechanically
mid June. I am taking many pics and will post a complete build.

I'm trying to install my a/c compressor on the driver side of my 77 sb 350. Its in a 89 caprice classic but i cant find any brackets for the r4 compressor, can anyone help me and lead me in the right direction of where to find some brackets to make this work...

Drivetrain- 408 LS3, LS7 cam, SRP pistons, 11.2 to 1, eagle crank, eagle h beam rods, LS3 corvette accessories, LS3 corvette manifolds, LS3 intake, DIY custom harness, DIY custom tune (HP tuners), T56, LS7 Clutch, Moser M9 brace rear, Ford racing center section with detroit locker, Richmond 3.25 gears, no exhaust yet
Chassis- boxed and reinforced stock frame, C5 Z06 brakes up front, Ford explorer disc in rear with parking brake, afco 650 lb springs in front with adjustable spring cups, 3 inch lowering springs in rear 225 lb, Global west tubular upper and lower arms (front and rear), Afco shocks, Impala SS gas tank, Iroc steering box, C5 Z06 wheels powdercoated black, 275/40/18 front, 295/45/18 rear.
Body- Black for now, not sure what color I am going to paint it (possibly Atomic Sunset). SS dash with covans insert, late model GTO seats, stock console.

Just got the engine today. Complete engine, no pcm tho. Exceedingly strange oil pan tho. Will probably need a new one.
Need to source the 4L60e or 4L65e.
Have a NP231c and NP231j, so will figure out which one will work best.
Alot will depend on what transmission I will have to buy. Not sure what years will work with the gen iv pcm.
