i used braided steel line (-6) for both the feed and return. the connections are a assortment of streight,90's,and unions. for the " dummy proof factor" normal red and blue AN fittings are for the feed, and black are for the return. attaching the fuel rail i used summit fuel rail fittings for gm ls1. i made a connection at the fuel tank so i can remove it if i need to. you can do something similier with tube to an fittings (last pic) o yea the filter is earls -6 on both ends.... as for the clamps they are padded rubber line clamps.

I used Russell Performance fittings to convert to #6 AN on the feed and return line. P/N 640850 for the 3/8" feed line and P/N 640860 for the 5/16" return line. Then connected to #6 AN female barbed fittings to "Push-Lok" hose to the fuel tank. See below:

You can also see in the picture where the regulator vacuum line is connected in the picture above.

Good luck,

Yep, plugged mine. The guy that did my harness removed the wires and codes from the PCM. Kinda' rigged, but I used a hacksaw to cut the evap coil then used a screw with sealer to plug the hole. See picture below:

a 5/16 line on the fuel???
id highly recomend you step-up to a 3/8 line on the fuel, a 5/16 id think would cause you to run lean..... and id get the push lock connectors (if you can find them) or get a 5/16 hard line to -6 fitting (for the return side) and a 3/8 to -6 (on the feed side).....then somewhere in the feed line before the fuel rail and after the fuel pump, install a fuel filter.....its not all that hard, but the fittings can be a bit confuseing....if you have anymore ?s just ask or PM me and ill help ya out the best i can.

Be aware: The adapter fittings at the rail, are available in 2 configs. 1 w/ the plastic retainer, that has been known to blow apart. 1 w/ a screw together retainer, that is installed w/ wrenches.
This is the one we use.
