Since it's going in a 4th gen daily driver, I think 4L60E would be the first choice since it's a bolt-in. I think the 'E solves the 700R4's 2->3 valvebody problems--does anyone know for sure? On the other hand the gear spacing still sucks compared to a 4L80E or TH400.
