done the brake lines. mounted them on the back side of the axle as when using axle straps there is no risk of crushing the brake lines anymore, and no need to put the strap under the brake lines. It was a pain in the *** last year.

I went with the spring adjusters and traditional shocks because at the ride height I am running, the coil on a coilover would hit my frame.

I made them all myself(log manifolds). they wouldn't fit forward and down in a chevelle(truck manifolds)

You do some damn nice weding for sure,Do you think the log manifolds are plenty good to support alot of HP? I think they would be easier to build than regular headers since ive never built any before if manifolds dont work for me,Great job on the refresh, its looks great.

No questions the logs will make power. The 1.5" sch 10 primary with 2" sch 10 log is known to support over 1000rwhp.

Looks killer!!! I am going to do that to my T/A front frame, I dont think it will warp to much!?... I'm looking into brake options and was wondering what type of e-brake you got?

Just take your time and stagger your welds. You will be fine. I run no ebrake. Should yes, but I plan on going to dual rear calipers for braking reasons rolling into the tree before I get onto the trans brake.

What oil pan are you using? We're building a 72 El Camino and want as much ground clearance as we can get.

camaro pan. You will need the camaro windage tray, pickup tube, fill tube, and dipstick. Well worth it!

no sir, its pretty tight but I just set the motor back more. With the rad out of the car I can still drop the engine/trans in as one.

The passenger side head is about an inch or so from the firewall.

Found a video of a car that sounds EXACTLY like my car. Which I havn't heard yet. The quality in this video is better then anything I have. Our downpipes are dumped in the same spot, similar turbos aswell. Really cool car in the video!

Heres a video of mine from last summer. this was on 12psi in "drive" so it kicks down and shifts at 6000rpm. Should have done it manually and rang it to 6600rpm lol. None the less you can hear how the turbos sound the same when they light. I wish I had an exhaust clip but the above link is a exact sound replica hah.

Any idea what caused the 1st motor to let go? Just leaning on it too hard?

honestly, just being ruthless with the car. I built the car to drive and drive hard. If I wasn't driving it, my father was(and he has the go ahead to abuse it). It was not uncommon to have the turbo kit glowing on the car. Lots of spirited mexico runs with anything under the moon. I had a wastegate line pinch off too and the car saw 22ish psi a couple times :/ 2 bar only corrects to 14.7 and when the car isn't tuned to be fat beyond that, I'm sure it had a role in things.

With that said though... it lasted me 6 years!! That engine owes me nothing!

Thank you sir!
