Sounds like a relatively affordable budget build with major potential

What about the offset?

I was trying to find if a 18X9.50 with a 50MM offset would work front and rear on a SY?

offset is 56mm. i run a 1.25" spacer in the back to make up for the narrow rear end. from the factory the syty wheels are different offset front to back.

painted and wrapped the crossover

mounted the intercooler

installed the radiator fans and put the radiator back in, its alittle tight in there

prime gears is out of prop shafts so i am having a local shop build me one. that will be ready on tuesday. I got my stock rear drive shaft shortened and put that in yesterday. I ran my lines for tranny coolers and turbo oil drain yesterday too.

list to do
-mount tranny coolers
-finish downpipe
-make crossover/header to turbo y pipe
-turbo oil feed
-abs delete lines
-paint/wrap headers
-put oil in everything
-hook up wiring harness
-intake tubing

Wonder how tight that is going to be once the fenders are in place. Could be closer or further away. Those core supports dont sit right without the fenders. Have you checked it yet?
