Default Truck TB and MAF, on ls1 intake in fbody

Using the 5.3 truck TB and MAF on an ls1 intake in an fbody.

Is the truck TB 75, 80, or 85mm?
The MAF is 85mm correct?
Since these are not factory ls1 sizes, what type of tubing/hose would I use to connect all of this?
What kind/size lid should I go with?
How far away does the MAF go from the TB?

Sorry for all the questions, but im getting down the last little bit of my swap and need this stuff answered.

EDIT: All of this is on a 5.3l, not sure if it matters.

It seems to open all the way? Im just using it because it came with my motor, and my swap is already WAY over budget, and if its bigger thats a bonus!

I've got a 6.0 LQ9 DBW TB and MAF on my LS1 manifold.
It's still in progress, but everything seems to fit.
I know there are a couple threads on the truck forum with LS6 intakes, no problems there either.

The factory cable throttle bodies are all the same size (LS1 and truck).

So just the MAF is bigger?

What hoses and clamps do I use to hook it all together?

My TB has a 4"OD, I made a 4" OD air tube. The MAF was 3.5" OD. I ordered a 4" ID strait sleeve and a 4" to 3.5" insert reducer.

How about the DBW TB on 03+ truck, what size is it? Does it fit fast 90 intake?

LS6 intake with DBW from an Cadillac Escalade LQ9.

I imagine anything would fit then.

Same combination here. But I went to the LS rail and injectors for hood clearance.
Did you remove the LQ injectors plastic tip and use them with the LS6 manifold?

Did the DBW TB fit directly or with use of adaptor?

What size is DBW TB?

Trying to use fast intake with DBW TB in 03+ H/CTruck.
