Default wiring: fuel enable circuit and connector pin ID

I'm modifying a 99 LS1 engine and underhood harness. The fuel enable signal is the dark blue wire from PCM red #30 going to the BCM which grounds it if the BCM receives the signal from a key. If I'm not using a BCM can I just ground the dark blue wire or is looking for a more complicated electronic signal? Also, does anyone know where to find the listing of which terminal pin goes in which connector? This would be something like "connector 101 uses metric pac 150". It's tough to select the right pins trying to match pictures on the Delphi website. Lots of different pins with only slight variations.

I buy my most of my pins from Mouser and look them up in the service manual
Here is the 3 common F-body connectors

C100 female end is Delpi part number 1206-5425
C100 male end is Delpi part number 1204-8253
C101 female end is Delpi part number 1206-5426
C101 male end is Delpi part number 1206-5648
C105 female end is Delpi part number 1204-7937
C105 male end is Delpi part number 1205-2454

When you look up the connector, you can find out which pins and seals it uses. It takes a little to understand which pins to use, since it uses metric wire sizes. I just go down the list and pick pins and seals until I find ones they stock. If you just need a connector or 2 you might just be better off going to one on the vendors like EFIconnection or LSxTune and buying them, I normally ask if I can just buy the connecctor body, pins and seal, since I have the tools to crimp them on and that way, I don't have to splice pigtails

As far as the fuel enable wire, you should be able to just turn it off in the PCM and not worry about it

Thanks Poconojoe. I'll check those delphi #'s. You guys are great! As for the fuel enable, I would like to get the car running before I reprogram the pcm. Could I just ground the dark blue wire or is it a special signal?

Poconojoe, was that a GM factory manual that lists the connector Delphi #'s? I also need pins for the fuel pump body bulkhead connector and the gauge cluster plug.(99 fbody) Thanks!

If you don't have a BCM, you can completly do away with C2, pin 30. I remove it in all conversions.

Wow! Fast response! Thanks guys. LS1MCSS, do you eliminate that wire only after reprogramming? Doesn't the pcm need some kind of signal (ground or ?) to pin 30 to enable the fuel pump with original programming? If so, is it just a ground? My schematics appear to show the bcm grounding this when it receives the proper ignition key ohm resistance.
Poconojoe, the fuel pump connector is c405b. I can't find the # for the gauge conn. It plugs into the back of the gauge cluster and has pins labeled A1-17 and B1-17. My email is bobg401@yahoo.com

The fuel enable ground just sends a ground to turn on the fuel relay. It does not recieve a signal. You really don't have to do anything, you can just remove the pin.

I use my fuel enable signal to ground my fuel pump relay, therefore energizing the fuel pump. Same with the cooling fan enable wires. So you really don't have to do anything to them.
