LS1 Miata - PCM & Harness help needed!

Follow up on details of what corrected the problem & a list of PCM programming notes.
The coils & injectors didn't have 12v ign power because the harness I recieved from the salvage yard didn't have the C101 or C206 connectors. I connected the power and the car ran.
Here's part of an email I sent the guy that programmed my PCM. I don't have A/C and I'm not running any emission related systems.
Engine (LS1, 5.7) & T56 transmission are out of a 2004 Pontiac GTO. PCM is out of same vehicle. The eng/trans will be installed in a 2000 Mazda Miata.
Car will not have catalytic converters, and consequently will not be using the rear O2 sensors
1 - VIN # - N/A, Remove or ?
2 - Remove VATS
3 - Set Max engine speed @6800 rpm
4 - Set Top Speed @160mph
5 - Enable High Octane Setting
6 - Cooling Fans (160degF thermostat)
Fan #1, Blue Connector, pinout #42, "Temp ON"-175deg F, "Temp OFF"-165degF
Fan #2, Green Connector, pinout #33, "Temp ON"-180degF, "TempOFF"-170degF
7 - Disable all Emission Features
8 - Keep/Enable O2 sensors
Bank 1, Sensor 1, Green Connector #72, Blue Connector #29, #69
Bank 2, Sensor 1, Green Connector #74, Blue Connector #26, #66
9 - Remove/Disable O2 sensors
Bank 1, Sensor 2, Green Connector #52, Blue Connector #28, #68
Bank 2, Sensor 2, Green Connector #53, Blue Connector #25, #65
10 - Remove/Disable A/C Points & Functions
11 - Remove/Disable Oil Level Feature/Function
12 - Remove/Disable Reverse Lockout Feature
13 - Remove/Disable 2nd-3rd Skip Shift Feature
14 - Calibrate Speed - Axle Ratio
Differential Gear Ratio = 3.42
Tire Size = 205/45-16 (don't laugh I'll be widening the car next winter)
Tire Diameter = 23.264"
Tire Circumference = 73.086"
