Default help with wiring PLEASE HELP!!

ok so im putting an ls1 into a foxbody mustang and i just got all of the stuff a couple of days ago and i was going to start with deleting the un needed wiring for the body harness but i have a problem
every thing came out of a 99 and i have looked on here for hours and the diagrams for 98 and for 99 up do not match mine
i started with the dlc connector and pin 2 on the dlc goes to connector 230 and it is a purple wire that goes to pin G on C 230 which all of the diagrams say it should be a drk green wire that goes to pin k so i stopped when i got to that point and figured i should find out befor i go any further
Im not sure that it is connector 230 it says that no where but that is what it is supposed to go to but all of the wires seem to be different on this plug
Please help

That wire you are talking about is the Serial Data Wire.. it can be purple or green. For instance on my Car it's purple but on the Engine Harness it's green.

C-230 is the blue connector.

Me personally I would use the 1995-1995 F-body fuse box, they are simple.
