well i say im kinda disapointed.. ran out of fuel,, not enough injector,, cycle duty was 1.5xx,, only made 388rwhp at 52xx rpm,, on 5 psi or 7psi cant remember... well time for 60lbs injectors and duel 255 lph's. and a duel nozzle's for the meth.. pulls pretty good,, but theres more in it.. so frustrating!!..didnt blow tho,, thank god..

what a surprise. What was your afr? That number still seems really low for 5-7psi. Are you taking it to a reputable tuner? my truck made 460rwhp@5.7psi through a 4l80e and a slipping t-case with a tc78 and an ls6 cam.

good to hear it didnt blow yet

think timing was down like 15 degrees.. im gonaa try bringing that back up and watch for knock.. runs out of meth real quick.. thought that would help my injectors out more.. iats were 95 i think..

Hmm, something seems odd there. My 5.3 with a cam and heads made over 400 RWHP through an IRS (though it was with a T56). I was at 500+ RWHP with 7 psi and pump gas (no meth) at 14* of timing at max boost.

You definitely need more injector though. Are you sure you don't have any boost or exhaust leaks?

was around 11.8 ,,

i do have small exhaust leaks.. pin holes here and there. im, gonna go over them with a mig welder....boost does take a lil time to kick in.. causes are probly exhaust leaks and im gonna check for boost leaks..right now got timing at 19,, no knock...set at 5 psi...

my hptuners is showing 124 (map) kPa which that equals to bout 3 psi.. is this right.. my manuel boost gauge is showing around 6 psi... im gonna try a diffrent manuel gauge and see what it say.. my vacum is -20 idealing.. which one should i trust.? my injector duty is 80% on this boost. with meth..timing at 22 with no knock..

Cool build man, anxious to see more. Honestly never thought of flipping the manifolds upside down, I was just going to use the left on the right, right on the left on my build... Will definitely have to consider that now! Take it easy on the 5.3 dude, keep the IAT's under control, and keep it tuned fat and not too far advanced or that thing will grenade, believe me, I know.

welfter having one of the worst dyas of my life,,, on my way to tampa 2 hr drive to there.. run out of diesal pulling the trailer.. showed 1/4 of tank.. but i gues its not acurate. duh.... cops called on me... etc.. took two hours finally getin it crank with a state troopers help. anyways.. got it there . and we tuned it. street tune.. we didnt go to a dyno, kiinda too late to do that.. we finally got it dailed in at running 12-13 psi,,, 15* timing.. . and im very happy with the results. pulls pretty darn good.. my injectors are at 55 % duty cycle.. 60lbs. with twin 255's.. now this weekened get some video of it out on the street,,
