Stopped at the Body shop today....Doors in primer......George, the Artist doing the body work on the car ended up cutting out and rebuilding the Trunk channel seal area because it didn't meet his standards.......Great to have someone who cares working on the car.....

Heres a picture of the Paint Shop area of the building......No mess here...........

Pro looking facility and from the sound of it a pro guy working there. Sounds like your car is in great hands.

Still looking great. Do you have a time frame for completion? I would be getting so excited at this point...

Ken, you're doing an awesome job on the '37, can't wait to see it finished.

Can you tell me more about the 90º elbow in the air intake? Where did you get it and can I find the dimensions for it? I'm using an LS1 in my '32 Coupe project and room is very tight between the throttle body and radiator, I need to relocate the MAF and filter element. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would you mind sharing that hood latch information? I'm needing one and that looks pretty good.

As I remember, it's a late 60's VW beetle latch assy.......Gonna be cable operated and it has a safety latch........Cheap and neat...

Cable release mechanism is from a Hyundai.....it has two levers, one for the trunk and one for the Hood......it's mounted behind the drivers seat against the rear quarter....

The damage under the trunk must have been a surprise judging by what it looked like before stripping the paint off.
