www.fueledracing.com is also offering a swap kit. The only thing is from what their website says, its only available through in house installation.

Been along time since I updated this. Last year was a bad year, short on money and did not have a place to work on the car (condo would not let me work on it in my garage) so I moved out.

So got a new garage and started back on it with what little money I had to spend.

I got my oil pan off getting welded up and trying to find some headers that I can fit in there just to get it going (untill I can get some long tubes made).

car in its new home

Built TH350, full manual reverse shift, and a 2700 stall

Trans bolted up

All in and lined up (you can see the brackets I made for the motor mounts to sit on)

Tons of room up front (stock 350Z fans and truck water pump)

im 90% sure that some c6 ex. manifolds will work in 350z's.
im gonna send some to LSX-PWR. for his build to see if they work alright. they are the most compact of all the oe manifolds. so and flow very well also.

however the c6 are not true block huggers. more like an slight angle right at the collector. the c5 are more shaped like a block hugger and longer than a c6
i want to say those c6 manifolds will work good for the 350z.
im hoping so.
if they do. LSX-PWR want me to build him a TT remote mount system for his car. with a pair that will supprt around 1000bhp or round 750-850rw. using the manifolds with wrapped 2.5 exhaust tubing

also u can use a car ls1 wp instead of that truck wp. since u removed the water neck that will interfere with the throttle arm.it is possible to pull the car wp pulley off its shaft around .375-.500 for the correct belt trackin with the truck crank pulley. works perfect.
so you dont have the hassle of the tb/ truck wp water neck
giving away too many of my swaps secrets alredy

not sure what I'm going to do with the water pump yet. Thinking I may just plug the top whole and drill the front (like the Fbody pump).

Please let me know if the C6 manifolds clear, would be nice to find something that fits

I went ahead and ordered some block huggers today, should be here friday so I will post up if they fit or not.

Also don't know for sure what everyone esle was doing for fuel but I'm planing on running the stock 350Z fuel set up. I already had a Walbro 255 pump in there, but the down fall is it runs at 51psi not 58 like the ls1.
Do ya'll think I will be ok with stock 28lb injectors, its just going to be a bolt-on 5.3 so no huge power.

They fit fine but they point staight at the steering rack.

So I spaced the motor up 1" to see and I think I can get them to work. There is no way they would work if you are using a swap kit (Sikky or Hinson).

I hope to get my oil pan back soon, after I get the oil pan on I will know for sure if I can make these headers work or not.

Nice progress buddy. I remember seeing your car go though so many phases on my350. This is deffently my next big project.

I see you using the 5.3 which I plan to use unless I find a great local deal on an ls1 do you, or nobody, know if the t56 will mate with the 5.3???

Keep the good work buddy.

Chris
