Default Big LSX in 69 Camaro

Hey guys I've been wanting to put a big LSX (NA 454) in a first gen camaro. I finally found a car I like that is very clean all over. It has a mild gen 1 SBC in it now which I'm hating after having my 2000 TA with a pretty mean LS1. SO I need to start planning this swap. I've done some reading here and it seems fairly simple IF you use a donor motor (ie complete 6.0 out of something) with all the accessories on it already. Well I'm wanting to buy a LSX block and rotating assembly and build up from there. What is the best route to go get everything I need concerning the belt drive accessories without breaking the bank on fancy aftermarket stuff? I have a new built FLT 4 4L60e sitting on the shelf that I plan on using for the trans. I'm really considering doing the Victor Jr. intake (or whatever works with style of heads I decide to get) with a big TB on top covered up with a round filter housing. Then drill and tap intake and run a very clean rail and injector setup for a nostalgia look. Kinda like the one at the bottom of the page only with a TB and injector setup http://www.gmperformanceparts.com/lsx/index.jsp

EDIT: Should I use truck belt Acc. with the alt up high or the 4th gen car stuff? What about headers.... is anybody going to have 1-7/8" or 2" primary headers that will work with the first gen camaro?

All "heads up" and additional ideas are welcome.

Few pics of the car

I used the F-body accessories which fit quite well. If you want to run AC, you'll have to notch the subframe to fit the compressor.
ARH makes 1 7/8" headers that fit wonderfully. I used 'em on my '67. They also make 2" ones IIRC.

Don't listen to a word that anyone says about what fits until they specify what mounts, mount plates, steering box, etc they are using. There are a thousand different combos of parts, and dozens of them will actually work together.

For AC, KwikPerf brackets are the way to go IMO with any mounts/accessories/etc in a stock subframe. If you use an AME subframe, I think you can use the stock compressor location.

Thanks Rodder. Thats the wakeup call I need. I know right now, the SBC in it has baby 1-5/8" headers and someone has taken a ballpein to them to clearance them for the steering box. So I was thinking 2" headers might be tough. So does the truck acc. work best or the F-body stuff? I like the truck better for access to the alt. I hated removing/installing the alt. on my F-body. I will just need to find complete acc. off a vehicle.... it seems like if you start mixing and matching vett/f-body/trucks that I will have a mess!

You can't mix and match truck and F-body accessories as they have different offsets from the block.
