A member on here (71 Chevelle) gave them to me. I think they a based on the ones that carshop inc makes.
You were talking about the motor mount adapter plates, correct?

I am undecided. I may do a spacer and bolt like TheBandit did.

It does not work. It caused several months of grief, because the car would not start with wrong pedal.

Pics of intake and alt bracket test fit.

Thanks Pocket for telling me the size of the TB intake bolts: m6x1x30. about 0.80 cents a bolt.

Thanks to Hookemdevils22 & TheBandit for the help on the accessory swap info. I am using TheBandit's idea for idler relocation. It is a 10mm ID 30mm OD and 20mm length spacer and bolt. Here is his post:

$12 for aluminium & $20 for my buddy to mill some water pump spacers. This is what they look like:

Looking good! How thick are your spacers for the water pump?

This is a modified tensioner pulley off of the original Lq9 water pump. The bottom hole & corner was milled off, as well as taking 3/4" off the depth of the remaining 2 holes. That allowed it to line up with the rest of the pulleys.

Accessories on & used a 103" serp. belt. It was a pain in the *** to get those hoses on under the throttle body. I also mounted the PCM where the glove box was. It sits a crooked, but fits ok. Still need to mount the fuse block, OBD II, & tac module. PSI wiring harness. I already had a jacked up hole on the drivers side, so I enlarged it to 2". I think it would have layed out a little better if I routed it through the passenger side. I did not have any holes there & still have the heater box.

Mock up gauges. It is not perfect, but will work until I get something better. It a piece of smoked acrylic that my Dad helped me make. When I was putting it together I found 1 of the retaining rings was broke. Hopefully speedhut will give me another or maybe superglue.

Who knew I would need adapters for these gauges?? The new oil pressure sensor is huge and there is not much room back there. I had to get an adapter and a 45* fitting to get it in. The water temp sensor needed an adapter too. I got the front bumper and stuff back on. I also put it back on the ground. It has been so long since it has sat on it's own tires. It looks like it sits higher in the front. I may have to lower it if it does not settle down more. Hopefully the guy helping me will finish up the wiring of the gauges. I hate wiring

Looks like it wont be long now! What are you using for a gas tank/fuel pump? I looked back a couple of pages and didnt see anything mentioned.

Hopefully not long now, but I've been saying "maybe this weekend it will be running" for about 4 months. It is down to wiring (gauges & cleaning it up) & exhaust.

It is the stock tank & external Walbro pump that a lot of people use. I would like to get a new EFI tank, but it will have to wait.

Thanks for the comments. I am following your builds as well. Thanks for keeping me motivated by your great work.

Great work! Just wondering, I was going to order the Speedhut combo aswell.
Is your ECM running your fans, what "adapters" are you using?

Keep up the good work!

I will have the ECM running the fans. It is some of that wiring I (or hopefully my buddy) will be doing.
Here is a link to oil pressure sensor thread:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...l#post14627776
The oil pressure sensor adapter I got from a local parts store. I think it is a pipe thread to metric adapter. The water temp sensor I got from Jegs, but there are actually 2 parts you need. There is a link in the thread to what you need. I hope I don't regret it, but I drill out the adapter to fit the sensor through. I read that it can break off, but this looks OK.
