Awesome car, love the wheels on it.

I cant imagine how good this thing is going to run....hell, my dads 2500 with the duramax runs good as **** while weighing 7000+ pounds !

I would do some serious work on the front-end. They suck in those nova's with a small block. Like death trap suck.

All of the LS swap Novas he's done (a bunch!) drive like a dream...I'd expect nothing less out of this one.

He's right....these Nova front ends were designed for a straight 6. Put a heavy V8 in it and it will drive and pull all over the road. We put a mini subframe kit under ours from CPP and it was the best money we spent on the whole car. Sure beats putting a new tube subframe under it...

Default front end over load

All these cars get a tube style tci front with coil overs and power rack set up. I have same front on my twin turbo ls 67 nova and it goes straight as an arrow down road at 120 plus. A lot of research went into this swap to make sure it was safe and driveable. I like to drive my cars a lot!! I plan to drive the wheels off this beast

And, I'm worried about a weak V6 trans beside my V8?

Default trans

It is a built trans and it also isnt tugging around a 7500lb truck. They actually put a 4l80 in some of duramax 2wd box van. Should be fine not planning on pulling a trailer park behind it just a cooler in the back full of **** tails.

I love the build. Needs way way way more tire. and two stock gn turbos will get it running but I doubt will provide enough cooling for good power. The most I ve been able to get out of two on a 346 is about 800 crank hp at over 6000.

On the upside, theres lots of bigger stuff available that will bolt right on.

Default It's alive

Look for finished pics and a video start up. Will be at the Car Craft Summer nationals in St Paul MN this weekend. If you have never been there it is a awesome show over 5500 cars of all kinds.
