Yes it does, that's what I'm using. I found one in the 'yard for cheap, built a bracket for it and welded my bracket to the car so I could bolt down the PCM bracket. The only deal is you need a newer S-10 with the bracket that looks like the one 1976Camaroguy and I posted back in '09.

I think the PCM's are physically the same on the outside.

I went to GM to order the mount for my PCM and they said the part number was discontinued and there is nothing that supersedes it. I ended up making a mount out of a strip of aluminum.

If you want a mount for the 97 / 98 style PCM look in the classifieds and find somebody looking for the 99 and newer mount, because they upgraded their PCM, and buy their old mount

I scored my 411 pcm with the mount for 20 bucks from a local self service yard. It was in a 01 express van under the master cylinder on the inner fender. One of the mounting tabs stick off the bottom at a weird angle for the curved fender mounting surface. I will have to cut it off for a flat firewall mount, but it will work for my slim budget.

Bumping this for any more replies.

I have the 97 - 98 PCM as pictured here, anyone know of an off the shelf solution? Otherwise this doesn't look too difficult.
