They will probably require your first born!!

I just used Russell stuff from Jegs or Summit. Bought the braided PS hose and the proper fittings to convert the 11/16 to metric. My steering box was from an 88 Monte SS. Cost me around $65 to make it myself.

On my 79 elcamino I took a tubing cutter and cut off the flair nut that goes into steering box. I took and cut off the metric fitting that went into the camaro's rack. I checked the outside diameter of the steel of the 2 lines and they were same. I slid my flare nut over the line and then with a flaring tool, flared the end. I had to tweek the line just a little to make it go into steering box. Works like a charm and total cost is $0.

Hopes this helps, Rodney

Im running the fbody PS in my 69.. no problems.. had a custom line made from the pump to the box using the fbody end (from the high pressure out side of pump) combined with the right stuff for the gearbox

Then again my gearbox is the new Saginaw 600 unit (with pinion valve) and its metric.. but the principal is the same
