Corvette / CTS-V (1997 - 2004) balancer PN: 12560115
F-Body balancer (1997 - 2002) PN: 12563281
The GM Performance Parts catalog recommends balencer 12620556 for the Corvette / CTS-V accessory drive. I believe this may be a newer part # for the one listed above since GM changes part numbers from time to time.
Hope this helps.

i thought this 5.3 was suppose to be a cheaper swap...lol
now i still need the oil pan with stuff and alt. brackets...

Shop around next time, try the for sale section here. I actually threw away my flat flexplate/bolts, nobody wanted it. Gave away my truck exhaust manifolds.
As for the pan, look on ebay. The f body pans are expensive. I got a winged vette pan with pickup tube for $100, shipped. I found others even a few bucks cheaper.
Now that you've gone with the vette pulley spacing, you're limited to vette accessory brackets. Good luck finding those cheap....

Yes, that is the correct spacer but it appears GM has updated the part number for the six bolts. The spacer I listed allows you to use a factory flexplate with the engine. I got my flexplate from the JYD for $25 and the spacer and bolts were under $80. You really don't need the flat flexplate, you could have used the factory one.

That's a winged oil pan. The C5 guys dont like them because of oil control issues at high cornering. For $800, you would think GM would have done better....Price on those, with pickup is generally under $100. They'll fit in a C3 fine, although you have to twist rge motor to get it around the motor mount horns. They aalso limit the exhaust manifolds that will fit, the exhaust has to fit behind the wings. I used an 02 vette pan with 02 vette manifolds.
BTW, I think the gasket between the upper and lower sections is abour $50, so figure that in the cost of a 2 piecs disassembled winged pan too.
The f body pan is more popular in a variety of swaps but generally goes for more than twice the price.
