Default Car runs for 5 seconds then dies

Engine is a 98 ls1 swapped into a 85 mustang.

The car will start right up and run for about 5 seconds then dies.
I have fuel pressure at the rails a constant 60 lbs
I have had 2 seperate computer tuners look at the computer and make sure the VATS is turned off.
I have checked to make sure the drive by wire throttle works.
And the computer is not throwing any codes.

Any help or ideas please kind of at a dead end.

Have you double checked things like O2s and IAT, my buddy swapped his LT1 into his S10 and couldnt figure it out so I went over with extra parts and turned out his O2s and IAT both were disconnected, Did the same, started for like 5 second and died.

Im sure you checked all this but ya never know! Everyone always overlooks the simple things, ive done it many times lol

The 02's are brand new, the IAT is the original wouldn't it throw a code?

just saying,but what about the fuel filter?
you know you could have collected some trash in the tank which has clogged up the filter,and possibly the sock on the pump,if you have a intake pump.

checked the filter and it is clean, add I have a constant 60lbs at the rail. Still not running longer then 5 seconds.

Key on, engine off.. MAP is?
How long did engine sit B4 install/startup?
Injectors been cleaned, new??

Need to check.
about 2 years, but took engine down to long block and everything looked good (had go fast parts installed, heads cam, etc).
Injectors are off another car that was running week before. (original injectors were bad).

Key on engine off MAP is 4.75 V

Once engine is on MAP is 2.9 to 3.1 V

is this a swap into somthing other that what it came out of? if so is your vat. disabled by your programer? it has to be deleted from your ecu in order for it to run.

Engine is not stock. I have a stock MAF no mods.

Alternator is new, and computer is getting a solid 13V.

OK problem solved and it was interesting.
Since I used 98 corvette stuff they have an extra thing in them called steering wheel lock out. This needs turned off. To turn this off you need to use HP Tuner cause LS1 edit does not do this. Car is running!
