It does... but there is a catch. In 2007 Chevrolet used both a standard 6.0 (lq4) in the trucks marked classic and they used the ly6 with the l92 heads and vvt in the "new style" trucks. I'm not sure in vans so you'd have to do some research. If you go to buy a ly6, it is found in the new style or smooth door trucks. I used car-part.com to get mine.. $1500 complete with harness. Only has 17k on it.

Look for this type of timing cover

ALSO........ IIRC if you look at the pass. side rear of the block.... if its a LY6 it says gen IV as the LY6 is a gen IV and the LQ4 is a gen III It might even say it on the drivers side front too.
