Just now looked at your post and noticed that the fuel sender in the pics show you using a 240-33 ohm sending unit. I could be mistaken but I believe all GM senders up to mid 90s were 0 ohms empty- 90 ohms full. Anyone else feel free to correct me if I am incorrect on this.

You are correct, I ordered the correct sender yesterday to swap that one out....it's identical so the installation and look is the same.

Thanks for pointing that out

Sweet man! I am using the Tanks Inc kit too. I like that universal sending unit... Might have to pick up one of those.

might have to go with this exact setup, not willing to pay for the DSE tank. Awesome write up man, will be pm'ing you once i get near doing it.
