VERY NICE!
I'm poor so i'm doing a FC, TC76 turbo ls1 using C6 manifolds out of my garage.
Turbo location should be very similar to yours accept i'm hoping to give the down pipe a straight shot right off the turbo (no bends until the firewall) between the strut tower and valve cover. Atleast thats the layout i have in my head so far.
Looks like there is a little more room in an FC then in an FD.

Did you use these flanges for the manifolds?.....
http://www.stainlessworks.net/cart/i...95_131_418_430
(direct bolt onto the C6 manifolds?)

Whats the dimensions on your intercooler?

the fc does have alot more room in the engine bay.this was the only way i could make it still look good while showcasing the turbo and have the turbo inlet not run right into the radiator. yes i got my flanges from stainless works. they didnt have them on the web page before i had to call and give them the specs and they had some cut

btw that link is not the correct flange. you must call them and tell them you want the c6 flange. i can get a part number for you if you would like

Do the stock C6 manifolds not hit the Frame Rails?

Do you have a picture of the hot side off the car?

Thanks

the stock c6 ls3 maifolds fit great. but i was running into issues when i flipped them forward for the turbo set up. the issue is that it is very close to the steering shaft. they do fit but it is tight. if you are running them the "normal" way (out the rear) then they clear with tons of room to spare. i will have pics of the hot side up hopefully this weekend

from the pics it looks like the pipe fitment is very close to touching other parts of the car. this is not the case there is actually at least 1.5" + of clearence in the tightest areas. it is very hard to capture this with a camera though.
