picked up a tranny on craigs list was planning on jumping in head first on building my first tranny when a friend of mine that builds these all the time talked me out of it because he was low on work so I left it with him and now going to work on the core support instead.
now to find a shifter and a convertor.

gaining some steam on the car finally got a chance to work on my own stuff for a change.bought a new double pass radiator decided it needed some modifications like.cutting off both necks.notching the top for the intercooler to fit, drilling and tapping holes for fan shroud and some mounting tabs and also added a coupe of weld bungs for the steam line and a drain valve.
next the a/c condenser .
cut all the orig. mounting tabs and lines and welded some new tabs on and some new fittings on.
feels good to get back on this thing again.

Just been getting side tracked with everyone's projects but my own. still trying to forge ahead.the core support is starting to take shape. well the center anyways the sides are still left to come. And trust me on this on they are alot more complicated that you would think.
this is what the center module looks like assembled.

Like I did not have enough to do pulled the front suspension apart to make some quick mods putting on some new a arms that I bought on ebay and some dropped spindles as well as some different brakes.Well just like everything else it never works out the way I want it to!dropped spindles are to low with the airbags, the new a arms are just garbage. back to sq. one with this one.

A little introduction to Erodz
I just wanted to share a little video that we started that describes the build intent. Were currently working on a whole new website, as well as the YouTube progress of the builds in the forms of videos and Time-lapse photography. As soon as we get everything rolling we will be doing these atleast Bi-Weekly. Please let me know what you think, this videos is a little longer then intended but please bare with it! :-P
