Sue the guy,...and get Dog the bounty Hunter on that ***! I don't see how you can't press charges for vandalism, or unlawful sale or some crap.... He sold stuff that wasn't his. I'd find another lawyer, an expensive one, go after the dbag and the insurance company. At least get some loot to pay for the project, and payoff the car.
