Interested to see what this combo makes power wise. What made you choose the S375? I have my mind set on the same setup just curious as to your thought process as it compares to mine.

Price and durability of BW units are what caught my eye. This turbo should be more then capable of supporting 700+hp.

I want to see at least 600 to the tires.

Sounds about dead on to what I am looking for power wise. I have a good friend that has gone through a few different BW's. Started with a S362 and then onto a S364, ended up with a S368, turbos were on a 1.8l VW engine and a VR6 2.8l VW engine. Always worked great, made awesome power and were cheaper than the comparable Garrett units.

Best of luck with the build, hopefully I can get rid of my DRZ400SM soon and pick up some parts so I can get started with my build.

Very cool build. I'm doing more or less the same with my notchback. Keep us updated.

PSIconversion.com - I purchased it via eBay from them to use rebates I had but you can get it right from their site.

Did you give any thought towards tossing a cheap turbo on the six and beat on it untill it fragged?

That would have been cool but I have something else in store for the poor I6. My buddy has a roller notch but no motor or tranny. I offered the motor/tranny, we should be putting it in there and beating it up.

I haven't bought the adapter/flex plate yet because I am still unsure what transmission I'm going to use. Torn between a Th400 and 4l80e.

I am going to use the Borg Warner s375 I have. Monster of a turbo but should be fun!

Started to pull out the K-Member. Snapped a 1/2" to 3/8" socket adapter in half taking out the strut/spindle nut and bolt. This should be fun...

Have a nice new can waiting. Picked it up earlier today. Going to spray it down tomorrow morning...then run to the junk yard and look for junk for my Mustang. Maybe a rear for the Fairmont. Then give it a go when I get back.

The s375 should do the trick.

Got the gas tank out, springs are out. K-Member next.

Had a little trouble putting the K-member in. The two small inner bolts at the rear K-Member didn't fit up. (can't really expect it to fit right in, the fox chassis changed over the years). I got smaller bolts, fits fine now. I will have updates soon. Trying to snag some tubular A-Arms before I reassemble the front suspension.

I'm also trying to decide what transmission to go with. I want to keep it streetable (over drive). I'm trying to weigh my options but also stay with a budget.
