i didnt know that thanks for the info!

And the accessories its just going to be a drag truck if anything so just water pump alternator and pulley is all im using......

I actually was going to go with a truck bracket, but i just found out it wont work with the ls6 intake, soooooo I might have to run a truck intake, buuutttttt there's a chance it wont clear the hood!

u can use the truck crank pulley, tpi alternator, same plug.
and water pump.
or use car wp just pulled off the shaft around 1/2in. so u can use the ls6 intake. the truck wp water neck will be in the way of the tb arm. the truck bracket is huge, and heavy and will prolly hit your hood.

I used the truck bracket on my 2nd gen s10 swap, just cut the bottom part off and used the top part for an alt bracket. it clears my stock 2nd gen hood. I also know a friend who used the same bracket for a 1st gen swap stock hood there as well. Just thought i'd let ya know. LS1 intakes were used on both these swaps btw. Takes some fabrication, nothing serious though, i did it all with a hand grinder lol. Both trucks used the stock truck crank pulley, stock truck tensioner on the passenger side, stock truck waterpump and an alternator from a 90's 1500 truck.

Hope that helps if you were interested!
