Default For those of you that want to use the truck acc. with car intakes

FYI for anyone wanting to do this. https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-produ...-270-99-a.html

We have found that the truck front dress fits the older style car chassis' much better than the f-body and it is more cost effective to use it anyways. Plus, using the car manifold makes the engine appearance much more desirable.

There is a thread here with more info on this subject:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...-manifold.html\

Do you sell the belt, idler pulley spacer, bolt and washer separately? I already have the gen IV truck waterpump and idler pulley.

Yes, it would be $62.69 + shipping.

LSx gaskets are reusable, so no unless you damage one coming out

I don't think it will clear the waterpump. The cable will hit pretty hard. Maybe if there was a spacer.

I guess that would work too. You just have another place for water to leak with the spacers, but go for it.

Good deal, i just finished putting my car intake on my 5.3 with truck acc. Made my own idler relocation bracket[came out ugly but works] and the best for this at advance was $40. Could have saved time and had a better looking setup for little more.
