Heads are untouched 862's with patriot springs.

Made a test and tune pass yesterday with the 150 shot.
Resulted in a 10.22 @ 133 with a 1.45 60'. I'm very pleased with the way this 5.3 is responding to the juice.

Nice times!!! I know you mentioned earlier in your thread and I think you mentioned on my turbo s10 build thread that you wanted to go turbo? Seems like the nitrous is doing the trick though those lower tens would make me really happy on a carbed 5.3 though too lol. Keep it up man.

Nice job, that car is moving!
It's funny I read the whole topic and didn't realize you were from here until I saw the first track video and I'm thinking "gee, that track looks familiar."

Why did you go carb?

Went carb for easy tuning at the track, and to have a different combo. Yeah I have been spending a lot of time a KCIR lately running the Vamp Heads-up series.

I had an ms3 in an lm7 with stock heads. In a 2000 t56 camaro it made 360rwhp and over 500 with a 150 Shot. The car drove about as well as it did with the ls1.

I can dig that. I prefer the EFI route, but tuning takes a bit of time to learn.
I SHOULD be at KCIR more often, but work has been kicking my tail. I can't complain, I'm happy to be working but it's eating into my social time.
