Looks great!!! I like that you painted the block the same copper. Love the truck as well!! You used a BC/CC on the block? And what did you do to prep the block?

Thanks it does look pretty cool in there I have to admit!

The painting process for the block was:
1. Pressure Wash
2. Clean with DX330
3. Sand with 220, 400, 600, wet.
4. Clean and DX330 again
5. Prime with my Primer that goes to my PPG Paint for the truck (European)
6. Sprayed out 2 layers of the Copperhead PPG Custom paint.
7. Sprayed 2 layers of PPG (eqivilent) clear.
8. Done!

From the GM Performance Parts Catalog:

Part Number: 19171500
Valve Cover Kit—GM Performance Parts/LSX, Polished
• Polished finished with Black GM Performance Parts and LSX logos

I got a pretty good deal though my local Chevy dealership they ordered them for me. By googling the part number they seem to go for about $350-$375. I didn't know what to expect to come with the kit but it was nice they came with new gaskets, special chrome bolts and a chrome oil fill cap. They look even better in person than pictures.
