68-72 A-Body, Which Pan Did you use?
#21
I used the H3 pan with 3/8" motor plates off eBay (i think they are the same as the early brp style). I moved and shimmed my frame stands, back about 2" and they came up on the frame slightly. I moved them back to clear the f-body alt, I am using the stock steering box as of right now and have about 1/2" around the alt. I also have about 1/2" between the back of the head and firewall. I have about 1/4" between the bottom of the pan and the frame. The front of the pan and the frame were not an issue so I'm not really sure about the clearance there. Overall I am satisfied with the pan, especially for the cost. It does hang down about 1 1/2" below the crossmember though which is of some concern as I do plan on lowering the car, however I plan on doing some other stuff to it also, so it will most likely get the f-body pan.

I got the truck accessory drive this week, and with the camaro pan (motor needs to be moved back to use the camaro pan) the truck stuff will work but I am going to get a different power steering pulley as the the stock one is a little close for comfort.

Anyone tried the Milodon?
Looks a little lower profile than the CTS-V pan, and about $100 cheaper than the Auyokraft.
