went and picked up all my -6 fuel lines and fittings!hopefully we will get the tank in tomorrow and some of the braided fuel line ran!im doing a send and return line!

The tank looks great! What are you going to do about the hole in your front carpet? I had give some thought to using a console to hide the hole. You have to buy a whole set of carpet just to get the front section, its $140+ or I can get a complete console for $360 use my existing carpet and have a console for $200 more. I like the E-brake lever up top. Did you hand fab this up or was it a kit anyone can buy? I would love to do away with my foot parking brake. It wont be too long now you will be up and running. Good luck on everything and keep up the good work.

Thanks guys!!not sure a console will line up where I put a shifter??I think o can make carpet work,but haven't ruled out console!!!not sure on parking brake previous owner put in!!it's nice though!!

I dont know what I was thinking. I am going six speed and in my mind was thinking you were doing the same. Sorry! Yeah after looking at the shifter you should be fine with what you have. I ran a Hurst automatic shifter in my 69 using the console and it worked out good. I bought a piece of plastic and closed the opening around the shifter so that the trim piece actually screw to it. I had all of the lights working and even put the woodgrain over the plastic to make it look semi-factory. But with the E brake a console will prolly not be an option. Looking good!!!

well i just got off the phone with frank from the pro touring super store,found out the stainless works long tube headers where designed to work with street and performance engine mount plates..he has great price on them to,save alot versus going to stainless works web site!
