Ok I'm getting conflicting info on just what I need to connect my 5.3 with the dished flexplate to my TH200-4R transmission. I already have the regular Torque converter and the GM Flex Plate Spacer and Bolts. Do I still need the 6.0 Flat Flexplate? Or do I just bolt the spacer onto the back of the engine and be done with it. And What about the Hughes Torque Converter spacer, does that require a different flexplate as well. What has worked for you.

If you have the flat flex plate put the spacer on first the flex plate.
The flat flex plate has the spacer on the fwd side facing the crank.

Make sure to elongate the holes to match the verter.
Use the spacer to center flex plate to the hub to drill
