All back together and on the ground with clearance all around. Still need to raise it up more. I raised the shocks 3 more turns which brought it to 24.25" fender height. Ill go another 3 turns and see where its at.

Truck looks great hows it ride after getting coil overs and the drop on it. Jesus that bastard is rusty underneath where the hell do you drive that thing. What size of tire are you running with the current drop.

Havent driven it yet with the new suspension since it still has winter storage insurance on it. Have to put the new mufflers on and cutouts then Ill put insurance back on it and drive it. Drove it year around in Nasty Northeastern Ohio winters from '03-'10 so thats what I blame the rust on. Tires are front, 245/50r16, rear 255/50r16.

New mufflers installed and dmh cutouts installed but not wired in. Heres what I got so far on the shifter boot. The bend and shape of the trim is almost there it still doesnt sit all the way flush in some spots and then Ill use super glue to attach the boot and trim to the console unless theres something else that works better.

Got a response from PST heres their specs and reccomendations.
"The base price of this shaft is $550.00 complete with slip yoke, solid joints and carrier brg. We would use 3" .083 DOM tubing and 1.9/16 spline at the carrier bearing. If you are leaving the line over 4000 RPM we would recommend a Forged Trans slip Yoke which is a $50.00 upgrade. We also offer a Solid rubber carrier with a Vulcanized bearing, that is also a $50.00 upgrade, some guys just like that idea it is not necessary."
Im thinking of going with the forged trans yoke for insurance but skip on the solid carrier bearing. I just dont think its neccassary if the balance is right.
Also I told him Im pushing 700hp at the crank since I have nitrous with the possiblity of moving over to boost in the future so a little extra safety factor never hurt.

Yea i sent TSP my hpt file and all that I saw that they changed were the 3 vvt tables nothing for the fuel? Truck shakes just a slight tad at idle since it bounces timing around to control idle speed which I have set at 750rpms.

If the weather holds out then Ill make it to the track on friday to see what the ls swap can do! Not expecting much since itll be the first time for me trying to launch with a stick. Im more of just going to practice my launches and tune the front suspension.
