Already have one installed! Before I added the adj proportioning valve on the rear brakes I couldnt do a footbraking burnout because the rear 8.8 discs were too strong.

It runs pretty good considering..
Made some more runs nothing improved MPH actually went down so did the et which was all over the place. Richened it up a tad since I figured I was running some amount of ethanol in the gas but seems like the engine didnt like it. Richened pe from 12.8 to 12.5 afr.
Run 1-4

tiresmokinv8 - Sorry I wasn't very clear from reading this thread, but did you verify your phaser and make sure your VVT-2 was on the right cam core? The third page of these instructions explain how to measure the vane travel to confirm. http://www.compcams.com/Technical/In.../COMP4-122.pdf I tried looking through your thread and it looks like you used a phaser limiter designed for the earlier phaser (Comp 5456). Did you get the limiter from TSP at the same time as the cam? If so, hopefully TSP also supplied the correct early-style cam core (-156). You might have that information on the box if you still have it. I have no idea what happens if you use the wrong limter for the phaser with the wrong phaser for the cam or some other permutation like right cam & phaser, but wrong limiter, or right cam and limiter, but wrong phaser. I hope you ended up with a working combo whatever the case, but if not I'll be happy when you correct the cam retard and dip into the 11s.

Left an email with tsp asking about the different cores and phasers and added quotes from the suggestions here. The limiter that tsp sent me is for my phaser per the phasers part number so im pretty sure the limiter is correct.

Called tsp about the cam and they said that they grind it on the core according to what phaser p/n I have. Thats why they ask what phaser I had when I ordered, for the correct phaser limiter and core. So I should be good. Going to get it tuned end of this month.
