I will definitely clock the passenger side one this evening. It may seem mundane or even obvious to you, but how exactly did you cut off the old mustang flanges, plasma cutter? The tubes are pretty square...lol, so I assumed you widened them as best you could then mig'd the heck out of them?

The mustang flanges can be cut off with a reciprocating saw and a new blade. The new blade is important because you want clean, non-wandering cuts.

Take a socket and a medium bald ***** hammer and round the holes out to fit the flanges you have purchased. if you have a propane or MAP gas plumbing torch, it will help you to do this.

Once you got a snug fit on your flanges, tape them to the headers where you want them and take them to any custom exhaust shop or weld shop to get them welded. Any custom exhaust shop should be able to round the holes too.

Same goes for the T3 flange that has a 10deg rotation to it. As described earlier in the thread, cut the flange welds on 3 sides, turn to the desired location and weld it in.

Good Luck.

I love these horsepower-on-the-cheap threads. Especially when the key parts come from the unlikeliest of places.

The only thing better than boost, is cheap boost.
