What Steering Rack to use with BMR Pinto K member????

What Steering Rack to use with BMR Pinto K member???? I'm putting an LS1/T56 in my 89 IROC. This thread might be better off in the newb section but i thought there would be more people that could help here.
I have a BMR K-member with ls1 motor mounts and the Pinto steering rack mounts. I have found many "Pinto" steering racks ranging from $200 all the way to $690!
The cheapest seem to be from Flaming River:

The more expensive one is from Spohn and specifically for 82-92 F-bodies:

Are these all the same??? Thanks for any help... i know i probably should have done more research before buying the k-member...
